Enrollment applications, CDIB paperwork, and the Nation's response to every Indian Child Welfare Act case involving a member child.
This office keeps the enrollment roll, processes applications and relinquishments, and issues CDIB documentation.
ICWA. The Nation must be notified of any state child custody proceeding involving a member child or a child eligible for membership. If you are a member and your family is in a state case, call this office straight away, whether or not the court has notified us. The Nation can intervene.
Enrollment records are confidential and are not released to anyone outside the office without written authorisation.
