Eighteen places across Dry Fork Construction and High Desert Solar. Paid from day one, no cost for tools or certification, and no experience needed.
Eighteen places this cycle: twelve at Dry Fork Construction, six at High Desert Solar.
You need. To be 18 or over and a Tribal member or the spouse or parent of one. That is the whole list. No experience, no qualifications, no tools.
You get. $22.40 an hour from your first day, rising every six months. Tools, boots and certification paid for. A named journeyman responsible for your training.
Eleven of last year’s sixteen apprentices were hired on permanently at the end of their terms.
