Run solicitations end to end. Draft the documents, manage the process, staff the Review Committee, and keep the public bid record straight.
The Nation publishes every contract it puts out to bid, and this is the post that makes that true. You will draft solicitations, run bid openings, keep the tabulations, and staff the Procurement Review Committee.
Required. Three years in public or Tribal procurement, and the ability to write a specification that a bidder can actually price.
Note. The Nation’s own enterprises bid on Nation contracts. You will need to be comfortable administering a recusal process and documenting it plainly.
