Technology Services signs a second outside Nation

Tribal Technology Services has signed a two year agreement to provide helpdesk and records management support to a neighbouring Nation. It is the enterprise’s second outside contract and the first that includes records work.
Director Odette Lindstrom said the contract adds three positions, all of which will be posted internally first under the Nation’s hiring preference.
The enterprise was chartered in 2023 to bring the Nation’s own IT work back in house after eleven years of outside contracts. Selling the same service outward was not part of the original charter and required a Council resolution, which passed in March 2025.
