Health Clinic roof replacement
Full tear-off and replacement of approximately 9,400 square feet of low-slope roofing on the Dry Fork Health Clinic, including two rooftop units.
Sealed proposals are due at the Administration Building by 4:00pm on the closing date. Late proposals are not accepted, and there is no exception for mail delay.
Mandatory pre-bid walkthrough: August 12, 9:00am, at the clinic. Bidders who do not attend are not eligible.
Tribal preference applies. Certified Tribal member owned firms receive a five per cent bid preference under the Nation’s procurement ordinance. Certification must be current at the time of bid opening.
