A single audit of the Nation's governmental funds and all seven chartered enterprises, for the fiscal year ending September 30.
The Nation seeks a licensed firm with demonstrated experience in Tribal government auditing and OMB single audit requirements.
Proposals must include at least three Tribal government references from the last five years, and the name and qualifications of the partner who will actually sign the opinion.
The engagement covers the governmental funds and all seven enterprises as component units. A three year term is contemplated with two optional one year extensions.
