Bench Road resurfacing, miles 4 to 9
Chip seal and shoulder work on five miles of Bench Road, with two culvert replacements at mile 6.
This is a unit price contract. Bids are opened publicly at the Administration Building at 2:00pm on the closing date and any member of the public may attend.
Dry Fork Construction is a Nation-owned enterprise and may bid. Under the procurement ordinance, an enterprise bid is evaluated by the Procurement Review Committee with the Enterprise Board members recused. That recusal is recorded in the minutes.
